Compassionate Counseling for Growth, Healing, and Self-Discovery

Kathy Cox Counseling offers a thoughtful, experienced approach to mental health and personal growth. With decades of practice and training across counseling, art therapy, massage therapy, trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, and experiential methods, Kathy helps individuals move toward healing with depth, insight, and support.

A Personalized Approach to Counseling

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. Kathy Cox brings together traditional counseling with creative, experiential, and body-centered approaches to support each client as a whole person. Her work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered.

Whether you are navigating grief, anxiety, life transitions, addiction-related issues, emotional pain, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, Kathy offers a space where growth can happen.
